Pastor Mark Moder is the Lead Pastor of Berean Church in Pittsburgh, PA. The church was founded in 1986 by he and his wife Stephanie. Mark is ordained through Faith Christian Fellowship International (FCFI) in Tulsa, OK and Community Christian Fellowship International (CCFI) in Lowell, MA. He is a 1982 graduate of Rhema Bible Training College in Tulsa, OK. With almost 40 years of proven ministry, his desire is to raise up strong, balanced Christians who are active within their local church, fulfilling their part of the Great Commission. Besides pastoring, his calling to teach God’s Word has taken him many times to the regions of Europe, Africa, Asia and Central America. He loves teaching the Scriptures and feels called to teach the meat of God’s Word in a practical, relevant way. His passion is to teach in Bible schools worldwide. In this book, Mark contributes to Chapter 5, “You Have Eyes Like a Flaming Fire,” where he reflects on Jesus as the One whose fiery gaze reveals, refines, guides and transforms, and on the strength and assurance we find in His presence.
